Our team has many years of experience in Finance, Strategic Planning, Accounting, Credit Analysis, Marketing, Sales and of course closing M&A transactions. Having closed close to $300 Million in deals recently, the team has a good idea of what investors are willing to pay for various types of businesses and how they evaluate an opportunity.
As M&A deal managers, we all love working on and closing deals which will remain our primary focus. Approaching valuation with the same transparency and honesty that helps us close a deal for our clients, we do not feel that investing more of your money or our time for an excessively long, “comprehensive valuation” is worth the return for you or the team.
Our confidential proprietary process combines financial statement review and interviews by actual deal managers to understand your company and what buyers will likely pay for it. The process is quick, practical and pragmatic which creates the best value for you.
Who we can help
Valuations for companies that:
- Are between $5M to $100M in revenue
- Have a positive Net Income
- Have multiple customers and a low customer concentration
- Have upside potential
- Are likely a traditional type business (HVAC, Manufacturing, Business Services…)
- Are NOT dependent on New Construction
Who we cannot help
- Software Companies
- Untraditional Companies (While we have sold these, it would be difficult to give you a realistic valuation)
- Companies with poor sales trend or multiple years of unprofitability
- Real Estate Investment Trusts
